Road bike buying advice sought for tall rider

I'm 6'7" tall with an inside leg of around 37" and looking for a road bike or tourer. Am I right in thinking that I will likely have to order a custom-made bike (or chance upon a second-hand one) to fit, or may there be any mass-produced bikes that might fit? Any thoughts or advice would be much appreciated.

Okay, after a few more hours googling it seems I should be fine with a 62cm frame off the shelf - phew. Apologies for the premature post (I can't seem to find a way to delete the original ).
