Wot? So now you sail up Hagley Wood Lane like it's flat?

Are you feeling the benefit of those Saturday morning rides? I was so chuffed that I got up Rose Hill without stopping the other week - never done that before. I need to do it again some time, but as part of my regular shake-down run - out along the Pershore Road, through Barnt Green (detour up Rose Hill if feeling good) and back along the Bristol Road.

My hybrid was relegated to the Garage when I got the road bike, way prefer it, Hybrid is on standby duty now.

Yeah On the Road Bike I have now started to stand and power up the hills. Think I made the right choice on the compact as the lowest gear means you can go about 8mp uphill rather than 6mph and spin. Workmate went past me up Mucklow Monday, luckily I was giving it some and was nearly at the top. Will have to check out the Camera to see where it was exactly !

Good Summer so far, Think I have used the Hybrid once in 10 weeks or something mad like that.

Can't recall the last time either I went the shortest route to or from work either.

in the spirit of honesty I should report tha my bike has in fact now fallen to pieces
