I find all of that very confusing!

I thought that there would be a continuous segmented line stretching up from LE with today's run continuing from the end of it, each segment being clickable for more information.

Today's tracking is obviously incomplete due to loss of phone signal up in the Dales.

Ian Botham walked it in 5 weeks.
But apparently his walking speed is very fast. Around 4mph. And he had a medical team and logistical support.
He did it whilst still playing for England. He suffered stress injuries but was playing the West Indies 8 weeks later.
Can you imagine a professional sports person doing that nowadays. You have to be retired before you can do these stupid things.
