Saddle angle help

I'm sensitive to seat angle since I have sciatica problems. The wrong angle can mean a painful ride. Spirit levels don't work too well for me. It'll get me in the ballpark but not dialed in. I put the nose angle up until I feel pressure on my perineum and the back the nose down little by little until the pressure is gone. It's time consuming, but once dialed in it is comfortable. You can take a photo using the saddle adjust app or a spirit level app to replicate the angle if you change something.
