Salad cream or mayonnaise?

There can be only one condiment hereinafter. Which is it to be?

Salad Cream.

Mayo is just a bit too smooth and slimey. If I'm having a ham sandwich for example (the only time I really have salad) I want the tang.

Soured cream works well with wedges too!

If I do a 'Wrap' we'll have soured cream and chives on that but garlic mayo is a must with wedges.
If I do a big pan of Chilli that's gonna last 3 days or more's dinner then I serve it up differently each time with either brown rice, tortilla. jacket spud or wedges and each with a big bowl of salad and maybe Tortilla chips and salsa

Mayonnaise, preferably garlic mayonnaise for me. I haven't had salad cream since I was forced to as a child, when I had it on fresh salmon salad every other Sunday at my grandma's. xx( I could easily eat a fresh salmon salad now by the way, but not then, especially with salad cream! xx(

Just to add another variable to the mix, my wife really likes Vegan Mayo, both Heinz and Hellmans do a version, but the best is from " Rubies in the Rubble " who also make the best tomato ketchup on the market.
