Tail End Charlie
Well, write it down boy ......
- Location
- In green and pleasant hills.
To be honest, I've got that many kitchen cupboards I keep the patio chair cushions in one!
Rule 2 - you choose which cupboard!!
I take it you like it hot, hot, hot?!!
Naan bread are really easy to make @CanucksTraveller
200g self-raising flour, generous pinch of salt, a teaspoon of nigella seeds and enough low fat plain yoghurt to make a nice, pliable dough.
Then cook on a baking stone or in a frying pan, brushing with oil or softened butter as you turn them.
Yes, easy to make for some of us, but not for your non-cooking spouse who needs something quick to heat up when the house cook is out working.
(Besides they're not Naans, they're whole grain pitta).
I see you are a fan of "spicy on the way in and out"
