Mine... Well, *one* of them...

I have another full of tea, one with dried goods, one with canned goods and one with nuts, dried fruit, sugar and other baking stuff...

In my defence, I do live out in the boonies, and I'm not going to do an 11-mile round trip to Tesco just for a couple of items.

Naan bread are really easy to make @CanucksTraveller

200g self-raising flour, generous pinch of salt, a teaspoon of nigella seeds and enough low fat plain yoghurt to make a nice, pliable dough.

Then cook on a baking stone or in a frying pan, brushing with oil or softened butter as you turn them.

Yes, easy to make for some of us, but not for your non-cooking spouse who needs something quick to heat up when the house cook is out working.

(Besides they're not Naans, they're whole grain pitta).
