But where's the power meter? (I'll happily trade bling for data)

S6L black lacquer with clip on drops, clip on aerobars, and a custom 3D printed water bottle cage holder. It freaks out the local racer types when I pass them and start pulling.

Watching some of the riders on stage 16 of Le Tour this year, descending in the "skis"... I know I'm not brave enough to strap my TT bars to my Brommies (need smooth, mostly straight, flat road I know to use on the road ever), but wonder how many of them would be happy to try. This looks insane! You know, you're gonna be asked about the fold, again.

You need to get Matt Stephens to mod his brommie for reccie of TT stages like this!

Lovely, if slightly insane, bike!

Changed to derailleur set-up after issues with the Kindernay hub. 10 speed (52t and 11-32) with derailleur hanger designed by Ben at Kinetics.

Here in Herefordshire we shouldn't run out of Dandelions for a while, once this lot have taken off across the county. Just got home and made myself a cuppa when the thunder and lightning kicked off and the heavens opened!!!......thank you St Madge.

My black lacquer C line explore. I’ve had it 12 months now. It’s right what they say, you don’t know you need one until you get one. I’ve only done 400 miles on it but they have been great fun, the look of disbelief on people’s faces when you get to the top of one of the North Yorkshire Moors monster climbs on it is priceless.

2012-ish P6R titanium, although lightweight it is not. I've had it for about seven years now.

I think of it as the Increasingly Black Brompton. Without being obsessive about it, I seem to have replaced worn parts with black. The bars were first; I didn't particularly get on with the P style, so fitted Joseph Kuosac (black) ones instead. The rims and spokes went black in a rebuild, when the level of wear from braking became an issue. The seat post corroded and pitted a bit, so it's now black. The hinge clamps wore out, so I bought black ones. Even the (black) front light is no longer the original one.

Fortunately there's still some silver for contrast, so I can find it on a dark night. And of course there are those titanium forks and rear triangle.
