Leaning against the mother ship near Deep Water, New Jersey, USA. Southern New Jersey is actually nice to cycle through, the northern half of the state is an urban horror show.

The Flame Lacquer (middle one) is my new (to me) 12 speed P-Line. This one will be known as "Bercy Brompton" (named after an Arena in Paris).
I couldn't resist this colour! It is virtually brand new, unmarked, still with tyre nibs in the centre of the tread.

This is my P-Line collection (so far). From top to bottom,
12 speed Bolt Blue Lacquer,
12 speed Flame Lacquer,
12 speed Bronze Sky Electric,
4 speed Emerald Green Lacquer,

I need to open discussions at home about the proper number of Bromptons to own. I'm clearly well off the mark with only ever having had one, for the past 8 years, since I broke my Dahon.

We have 2 C lines, a G Line and a C line electric between us. The C lines are superlights with customised paint jobs on the mudguards/ chain guards.
We sold two of our fleet and put the money towards the purchase of the G line.
Would like a T line but too spendy.

A 2013 M3L joined an '08 recently: both with 44T/15T drivechains & Marathon Plus tyres.

My C line 6 speed was the perfect bike to ride from Hawes to the Tann hill inn. Well maybe not the perfect bike for that particular ride but it got a lot of laughs of disbelief from people as we conquered Buttertubs pass. The 46.6 mph descent was a bit scary but nothing that a few years of counselling won’t cure. I did opt for the lower gearing option and didn’t have to walk any of the Yorkshire Dales lumpiest roads although the thought did cross my mind every 30 seconds.

There’s been quite a lot of Brommie activity recently so I thought it would be interesting to have a round up of what people have and what you’ve done to them.

Mine is well documented on the forum, having just been through a thorough refresh. It’s a fairly standard 2011 M3L, the only changes are a 1970’s Brooks Competition saddle, Brommiemods chainguard, Eazy wheels, later brake levers and of course the clever little Brompton tool kit. Bag is a Brompton Basket Bag
