Had my Synapse 2014 105 disc nearly a week now but flu bug has meant only a few short rides. Have to say i am loving it.

Never had a compact chainset before so that took a bit of getting used to. Did a cheeky right turn with a line of traffic approaching found my little legs doing 200 rpm with bike crawling across the road :-)

Bike seems quick ,sure footed ,climbs well and is extremely comfortable.

Was going to change the saddle but not so sure, will try it on a long ride first.

Just took up the cycle to work scheme with cycle solutions to pick up a cannondale trail 7 29er 2014 at a very good price. Including the final payment I am still saving 50% as it was on offer which I thought was a cracking deal for the spec.

only thing i didnt like was the tyres on mine so i changed them for Contenental GP4000S.25C

Really cannot wait its my proper first proper road bike had a raleigh revenio 1 then a dolan which was nice but i am hoping the dale will just ooooz class

the Schwalbe lugano are a good solid tyre(winter)but i prefer contis and i will use my 105 mainly in the summer lol

Same here synapse summer only/dry roads will upgrade tyres when needed for now i have the revenio for the sh***y weather
