What is going on with the seatpost and saddle? (handlebars and top tube dent ignored for now...).

I put a layback seatpost attachment on it at the time...brooks b67 saddle....there is no dent in the tank..must be a reflection..steer tube extender and ape bars...was a comfortable cruiser

Layback is a given, but the saddle points to the sky! and it's not a downhill bike, so that saddle must rub/chafe a bit, the bars are very Raleigh (Chipper - I think?).
