mini velo style bikes are very popular in Asia and the Philippines.
there are many FB groups for these. I got this for a price too good to turn down. They are cool looking bikes and are great around the city. The hub has a low gear and high gear which and work great. The ride is very enjoyable.

Indeed - seen quite a few over this way, they make good sense in congested areas and where storage of a full sized bike might be an issue.
