So who got a bike for Xmas?

I received a pump...for pumping things !

It's brilliant, you push down on the handle and wind comes out of the end of the tube. Then when the wind has stopped coming out of the tube, you pull up on the handle and start the whole process over again.

Hours of fun to be had !!

Me too, but probably going to be may ish before our scheme runs again
My family never buys me anything bike related i just tell them to give a donation to my bike bits fund .My mum effectively bought some poggies for my commuter
Our scheme is only once a year, I think I have to have it spent by end of February or I loose it. I just hope that I can find a deal before then.

This is my Christmas present to myself paid for by my work Christmas bonus. Lovely bike, I can't wait to get out and ride it.

Wifes friends son had his bike stolen from town today, only got it on Christmas day..

He had his last one stolen after they broke into the shed in November.

No new bikes but a few bike-related gifties for us this year.

I bought and fitted Mrs Chris some new V-brakes for her commuter, since the old ones never centred properly and were a bit of a bugger to adjust. She is very happy with them

She bought me a new cassette for my MTB with a nice low gear for slogging up Dartmoor climbs, and a pair of white-wall tyres for my 1950s Raleigh Sport to replace the (possibly original!) crumbling ones I've been chancing my luck on.
