Use the search box, top right, there a few threads about the tyres including a pretty comprehensive road test by a Cycle Chat member.
 
I've had Tannus tyres on my hybrid / commuter bike for a while. They are much better than previous efforts, but are very difficult to fit, by yourself. They also feel very odd, until you get used to them. For short distance / low speed rides, they are superb.
