Someone has parked a bicycle in my space

Rack. Eh? I park mine next to my desk. The lower orders can have the racks I fought to get put in. One middle manager puts his atop the first floor fire escape outside. Of the hardercore commuters, our FD parks his by his desk. The IT guys bring theirs in as often as not, leaving the racks for our tenants staff and casual cyclists and those who ride the 2km from the station.

Yes, we do the same we hide our bikes in or near the department where we work - we need to hide them because the health and safety guy says parked bikes are a hazard (???) and we leave the outside racks to visitors.

I keep my bike in an elevator,a grain elevator. But it does not mater where I keep my bike someone always finds a reason to be in that specific area.

Not so far but I have to warn him not to get oil off the chain on his trousers, if I've not yet wipped it that morning!
