But as I said......they (Prizehook) claim they sent me the original text with the offer to join thier weekly gambling club (text comcealed to look like an ASDA advert). They say I clicked on the 'agree' button and that they have it doccumented. I would have to take it to court to prove otherwise.

They're a bunch of thieving, lying scumbags, who, as suggested above, make their money because most people can't be bothered to pursue it. But that's one thing. There have always been small scumbag operators and always will be. What really pisses me off is the way the major plcs play along, when they could very easily prevent it, because they get a share of the proceeds. That, I think, is a disgrace.
