Love (even thats the wrong term) or hate the BGT series, Farrel Smiths Ave Maria does it to me every time...mostly because i was watching it shortly after my brother died.
The emotion just wells up in me even 4 years after when i hear her sing it, ive got a lump in my throat now, 5 minutes after revisiting it....
