SPD nuts - 2 hole as opposed to 4 hole plate

I ordered these from Amazon to get the 2 hole nut, but it wasn't included - reviews of similar sets show that they also don't include them, so looks like the images are incorrect.

Does anyone know where I can get hold of two of these nuts? I looked on SJS website but couldn't see anything.

Yep, just bought them - I was searching for cleat nuts, not cleat plates, so these never showed up, cheers.
