What's more, no-one from SPA CYCLES came round to put it together, set the seat position, chop the stem or check the brakes functioned according to European Standards !!!!
Looking how the brake cable is twisted round the head I wonder if the bike is actually assembled correctly but some muppet has simply spun the bars/forks round when putting the bike on the display.
When I bought a bike from SPA CYCLES of Harrogate, it arrived on my doorstep in a friggin' cardboard box. The handlebars were turned 90 degrees, the wheel weren't even in it and the pedals were in a goddamned plastic bag taped to the frame.
