Earlier this week they were forecasting torrential rain and strong winds for today. It is a brilliant blue sky and calmest it has been all week

Monday, they cannot normally get the forecast right for a few hours ahead.

Since they got caught out in '87 they've always played up potential storms. To be fair, predicting the track of these things is very difficult- and it's 3 days away so it could easily veer off into France. I'm not changing any plans - not until Sunday night anyway!

i do a 20 mile round trip to work and back..ive had a few soakings this week!!..i can cope with that but its the bloody wind..i battled home last night it put an extra 10 mins on my trip!..bloody hard work im dreading monday cus they are saying wind gusts up to 70miles an hour!!..

I have got to commute from Saturday till Thursday. Weekend working and week in college. Dont know if I will ride everyday but I will try and leave extra early.
