For those who don’t speak German, this roughly translates to “Don’t swim after a stray flower when the Giant Spider Fish is after you.”

Thanks for the translation. Without it I would have misunderstood it as "This way for the porthole through which you can watch people swimming after stray flowers and being chased by giant spider fish"

Perfect translation. Well done. The German Giant Spider Fish is a less well known danger: it uses stray flowers as bait.

Surely the sign means "no dogs on leads" which contradicts the wording ?
