Started cycling 2 years ago but have generally been fit and active most of my adult life.

However, it is surprising what most of us can accomplish if we apply ourselves properly. I'm fortunate that my domestic situation lends itself to riding nearly every day. Not so easy for others with more commitments.

Oxfordshire is far too flat, and I've not been out on the bike enough anyway.

Hopefully I'll get some decent miles in this week though, and I'm in Chester, which is much less flat.

I've going for a long one tomorrow so aiming for 200% at close of play.

The way you are going, you will get 200% before I complete it, I reckon another 80 miles and I should have it done. All things being equal the commute into work on Friday should do it.

Still struggling to make it myself. Sunday looks dreadful. Heavy rain and gale force winds so realistically only have 3 more days to try and finish it.

Ms Tmesis is away with work at the mo, so I have full time dadding to do, which means getting out on the bike is a non starter until she gets back. I'm at 35%

Wow. That's totally mind blowing doing that distance with that amount of climbing at that average. I wouldn't mind doing one of the three!
