There are a few Matlakas (Riccardo Attanasio) works around here. I took pictures of a couple a few weeks ago and was hoping to remember where another local one was but my memory is helping it hide. So I might as well post these 2. These are made from strongly coloured tiles cemented onto walls, the first is at a homeless person's pitch near New Cross Gate Sainsbury's and the other, fairly recent, is between home and Sainsbury's.

Bilbao. First one is an anti facist mural representing the struggles in the civil war. The final one says "No one is illegal" in Basque, referring to refugees. It is a very political city

Already featured in the football thread, this mural was started by Murwalls at about 6:30 last Monday evening and finished around 11:15 Tuesday morning!
Opposite the Trent Navigation pub near Notts County's Meadow Lane ground, my Brompton included for scale.

First one is Diego Maradonna. It's hard to explain the reverence in which he is held in the city. This is at th site of the Maradonna shrine in the city

Second is Eduardo de Fillipo, famous actor and director who produced some famous Neopolitan films
