Sorry its not bike related.... I suppose someone might have them on the recumbocart but i don't. Its the ones in my Kitchen.

It was flickering a fair bit and just would not get going, so i bought a new starter hoping that would fix it. but its still flickering and just won't get going. So is it likely to be a new bulb, or a new light unit?
