From what the staff at my local garage said when I arrived after cycling a couple of miles in a light shower to collect my car, I'm definitely HARD.

That ride was certainly a character building one. Despite the weather I still enjoyed it, of course the company helped.

The company did help.

Morale and the feeling of being part of a team on a ride are interesting concepts.

Had I been on my own, I think my morale on that ride would have fallen to climb off the bike levels.

Surprising what a few encouraging words from companions can do.
