I've read they had a loss of power which would mean no bow thrusters either. Once it drifts close to the bank, it would be pulled closer then the 40kt winds reported in the area would easily blow the stern out to block the channel.

MrsF has been listing all the orders stuck on the boat as the payment is due two weeks before they hit the docks, so if the boat is delayed, they may have to hold back payments.
