The last day of my long weekend, which was mostly spent in bed or slumped on the settee feeling very sorry for myself
Total mileage for the weekend - 6 miles (2 x 3 mile trips to the local shops). And both trips left me feeling absolutely knackered.
On the positive side my aim to lose a stone in weight in the first few months of 2018 has become more realistic- I’ve had no appetite for the last 5 days and eating very little has resulted in a 5lb weight loss!
