Something going around I think. Hit my cycling over christmas.

Big time, my dad has been suffering too he's just taken his first couple of days off work in 40 odd years as a teacher.

I'll start a separate conversation nearer the day, but I have a route for Feb 10 - 35km through various parks to the Dulwich Clock Cafe.
No hills, some easy trails. Less than 10km back to HPC, or train to civilization from Herne Hill.

This does mean I'm going south of the river. Bring compass, bivi bag, emergency food.
Weather dependent - I don't do ice.

thanks for another great ride on sunday RB. Next time I'll read my own google diary entry for notes on what I'm supposed to be bringing. Still, a good start to the New Year after a longish lay-off.
