If it is like some of the others it is the pathetic and silly things they pick up.
My wife's GP practice was criticised by on team because the magazines in the waiting room were more than a month old, and that they did not have any policies for dealing with people with severe learning difficulties.
Explaining that as a University they would not get patients with SLD, and that buying new magazines each week was no a high financial priority fell on deaf ears
