Taking it Easy

Is hard work.......

Been trying to ease off the last few days with the Cheshire Cat on Sunday, but it's hard work...... headwinds, hills...... slow down !

At least I don't have Friday legs......

I tell myself every day to take it easy going to work,then after a mile or 2 find myself going the same speed as normal.
Winds this week have been horrible for me,and the nice bike has gotten wet 3 times and is currently looking like a dirt bike.(Will clean tomorrow)
On the plus side,roadworks at Brinksway mean I get to filter past 50-100 cars on the way in
