Cuppa please, strong with lots of milk, no sugar (and none of that skimmed milk rubbish please wtf is that about?).

Re Kitchen. Cupboards are all up. Oven and hob being fitted today and hopefully the tilling is going to be done.... Ferkin dust dust dust.. STILL!!

It is like a jungle here today, very warm and very humid. The garden is beginning to resemble a jungle as well.

Ianrauk, or can I call you Ian, looks like your kitchen will be nearly finished by the weekend.

The fitters are saying next tuesday it will be finished.
They still have the floor to do (Spanish tiles) and will need to be decorated. New plaster on ceiling and walls so will have to be sealed before painting.

You will be getting back to "normal" next week then.

I am in need of strong Tea. Had to send someone an e-mail, in which I would have liked to be heavily sarcastic etc. Decided to be polite, however, if they read between the lines, they will notice a certain curtness about my communication.

The sky is now a much lighter shade of grey, are we in danger of seeing that unusual yellow roundy thing in the sky again?

It was a lovely sun shiny blue sky day this morning when I got up and left for work.

Oooh have to be careful with emails don't you.. some people are too quick to send them without double checking what they have written and can so be easily taken the wrong way. Nice to get some thinly veiled pithiness in there...

Talking of thinly veiled and Chocolate, . Have you consumed a Mars Bar recently? Is it just me, or is the chocolate much thinner than it used to be? I had a Mars last night, it was mostly caramel and fudge and not much chocolate.

Haven't had a Mars Bar in many a year, however I did indulge in a Double Decker t'other day. Now what a chocolate bar that is? Too much going on in there imo.

Uggbre! That's the third time this season my indoor tomato plants have grown so fast they are top heavy with foliage & fruits that they have fallen over... more green tomato chutney to be made then!
