If you're leaving soon anyway it's slightly less of an issue, I suppose. Hope it all goes well, anyway.

Your right, but im a little peeved he went down this road,it isnt gross misconduct,as i explained it to him before i took the day,he also said that i was too late with the 24 hour notice needed,it turns out there isnt a time limit, just managers discretion.Anyway, time to go,ill let you know how it goes.

*accepts tea gratefully*
*dunks virtual ginger cream biskit in mug of non-virtual Earl Grey*
*nothing happens*

Hmm. That could have worked better.
I've got some Cheese and Onion Square Crisps, but I somehow can't see those being a viable dunking solution either.

Col's been a good long while in his disciplinary. Either he's not been sacked:biggrin:, or they're really dragging out the agony...

50 miles? I'd have had at least one tea stop en route!

I ride alone so don't bother with tea stops; I just eat and drink as I roll along. Mind you, I don't exactly hammer it as I took 3hrs 5mins!!

No c*kes were purchased this afternoon, just fruit, veg, etc. And some sweet potatoes. Nearly tempted by scones, but they were out of stock. However, virtual biskits gratefully accepted. Just when the back was getting better, it seems I have now caught a cold - how?

*Arch crashes in to say hello, via her Mum's d... i... a... l... u...p... which is quite slow*

Hello! Would read the accummlated posts, but the computer is in Oli's temporary bedroom, and it's nearly his bedtime...

He's been impresssing us with "I can roll over" and sometimes "I can roll back again" and his vocabulary of grunts, twitters and burbles is increasing all the time. Today he refused to be entertained by me all the time we were out in town, and cried and whined and wanted his Mum only, and then the minute we got home, he gave me a big grin, as if to say "Ok, now you'll do...."

Anyway, he's nearly finished his bath, so I better crash out again.... As you were....

*Arch crashes back out*
