Can I offer you some Moselle? I think it's straight reisling. Fantastically under-rated grape. German wine never seems to go with food, but I think it's probably not meant to. It's more for sharing with friends. OTOH, german beer + German food = excellence.

I read your post in the Valentines dinner thread, but I didn't really understand it, I don't think. Maybe I'm just being obtuse.

I hope the wintergreen helps. I have Big Bang being recorded, so I'll watch it tomorrow. I need a bit of cheering up, I've been feeling a little down this afternoon.

I have been testing the carafe and goblet set that Baggy bought me for Christmas. Makes everything taste that bit nicer. *passes earthenware goblet of Yellow Tail shiraz to Doctor*

I watched the Big Bang thing. It was quite amusing. I always have a bit of a weakness for nerd humour, possibly on account of being one....
