I still have the first 3 or 4 copies of the Sun. Some day I'll dig them out and make a small fortune on E Bay ;)

Fantastic.

Have you ever read "Stick it up Your Punter! The uncut story of the Sun newspaper! by Peter Chippendale and Chris Horrie? Hilarious.

It's the history of the Sun but particularly that period in the 80's under Kelvin McKenzie, a stonking read!

I guess my daily intake is paltry compared to LOTP....how many cups a day are you guys drinking?.
I reckon 7 to 10 mugs a day for me...particually in the morning.

Just sitting here...at work , tea on one side of course , switching between servicing a machine  and servicing the bike ;) )
Chains clean, calipers cleaned and WD'd, cassette cleaned....now which bits next ...

All to be done without being seen

Has Mrs LOTP got some scones "in stock". Perhaps I shall have to practice my scone-making skills. I am good at making steam sponge treacle pudding (with custard) but that is not really a Tea Party offering is it?

Well, have to bake some biskits, and see if you can tell them apart from my scones. What is it about my scones, that they don't rise, whereas my biskits rise when they are not supposed to?

I worked at Markle Sparkle 32 years ago, so we might be the same age. Sherlock Holmes has calculated that your recent photo on this forum might be a teensy weensy bit out of date.:biggrin::biggrin:;)
