Evening all. How are you Speicher?
The dog has been away since the end of April
, she doesn't go away a lot and never sends postcards. It's a tough decision I have to make as to whether she moves back in. She'd be on her own (with the cats for company) most of the day. I can work it so she'll have access to the porch and the yard but it's still a long time for her. Being less hectic at work will help greatly, but I can't guarantee that I'll always be able to leave on time.
It was good to see her today and even better to see my niece, she's just over a month old now and is cute as hell. When you hold her now she looks at you and is developing a very funny range of expressions. She's also got a very strange teddy bear - it plays womb noises
We had a bit of a moment today with one of the cats, he was lounging in the yard minding his own business when my dad trapped his tail under a sleeper we were moving
. This led to the cat biting my finger very hard and me swearing loudly at my dad. The cats ok though

My apologies, Longers, for mixing up Renard's dog with yours. 
I must also sincerely apologise for raising a subject that obviously involves, as you say, a hard decision to make. I am very sorry that I did that.

I'm ok about it. Really. There's no point in sticking my head in the sand and hoping that it'll sort itself out because it won't. I've got to do what's best for her not me and it's this decision which is taxing my braincells.
Where she is now couldn't be better for her - there's at least 3 other dogs there and quite often five for her to annoy. There's loads of space to run about and be daft. She's got a dodecahedron to play with and various sheep and horses to that need to be kept on their hooves. I've got good visiting rights and they are happy to look after her - they keep asking to. It sounds like a perfect arrangement really doesn't it?

Right, as requested some pics from the Caravan Cottage.......
This is the hole wot I made in the roof of the caravan in order to fit the new skylight!
So, this is the fitted skylight, it is double the width of the old roof hatch, clear and not frosted perspex so now we can see clouds and the stars!
The bottom edges have now been covered with tar paper so it is water tight.
Now there is also a lot more light in the caravan and I get some much needed extra headroom!
Longers, I believe you were asking after the puddytats so here they are!
The infamous, Meep(top) & Tuesday. This was taken this afternoon when the girls were chilling out after a hectic morning of getting in the way and being nosey.
Longers if it's any consolation I re-homed my trusty Jack Russell, Jim because I was travelling so much and him being almost 12, he hated me being away.
I miss him everyday but he is happy in a busy house with 3 other Jr's and I still get to see him a couple of times a week!

Still overcast and muggy here in the ROI, still no reason for sherking.
Gotta rip out the kitchen and start taking down all the cladding at the far end of the caravan to see where I can start building in the frame work to connect it to the shed.
The best thing about this is losing several sq. feet of the hideous fake tounge and groove board that clads the inside of the caravan!
