*blegh* Just had a bowl of Coco pops. That was a mistake. Mrs. tdr1nka bought a variety pack for the journey and I get the ikky ones she(quite rightly)doesn't like.

I should start tripping in about 20mins ;).

Variety pack  takes three to make a decent meal.

How is it? I don't know any contemporary opera.

I'm in utter agreement, If I remember rightly the smallest box of Cornflakes only fills four bowls IMO.

I had two boxes of Coco pops to make the one serving.;)

'Coco Pops, turns the milk granular!'

It's OK, I don't normally do contemporary stuff, I prefer Mozart opera, nice tunes, easy to follow and easy going.

This one is in English and still needs subtitles. I am getting used to it but I've never really been that keen on operas in English, doesn't work as well as I prefer the sound of the vocals rather then the words.

Why are we still awake?

A heady cocktail of ebay, coco pops, port and guacamole!

What are your views on Danish Oil? If that;s not too inflammatory.
Danish Oil is ok, a quick and easy way to get a shine. It depends on what you want really, I tend to use Tung Oil which is the base oil for Danish Oil.
The Tung Oil is more easily absorbed by the wood and slowly builds up layers. When you touch the surface you are touching wood that has been oiled.
With Danish Oil the oil builds up on the surface of the wood much more and gives a deeper shine more quickly but when you touch it you are touching the oil finish and not the wood.

Sound advice - I was always a fan of Danish Oil but worked with a french polisher who wasn't.
Wind him up a treat ;).

When I get round to giving things a sand and lick of love, I could put Tung over the Danish no problem, given that the constituents are related?
