Nice niece Longers, wot a cutie!

I'm missing Ms tdr1nka already, I'm away a whole month and I'm only 3 days in!!

Still once the work on the cottage is done it will be a much nicer space for all of us. Ms tdr1nka will have her own bunk with a window down one side
and I can rip out the bench she did have as her bed so we can have a table
and chairs to sit at!

NT do you have any drawings or plans for your bent you could show us?
I'm still thinking of buying a secondhand recumbent as well as/instead of a roadie.

Should we be worried by the mutterings of a 'silly'tary coup that seems to be bubbling under in the 'Bonj' thread?
;)

Not yet. I have ideas for a number of options but now I have some bits I can start mocking up and taking measurements. From there I can start making up some drawings. I did start with some outlines on AutoCad but my pc decided to do an update while I was at lunch and shut down with out saving.
I will go back to the drawing board as it is more reliable soon.

I have been looking more at a fully faired velomobile as the final outcome but I need a standard cruciform trike to work with first.

@ Night Train - if there's anything in particular you need for your project, give me a shout. I've got more bike-related crap kicking around than seems believable. Or even feasible...

I met a one person velomobile in Lewisham very late one night, on it's way to Dover.
It had been designed and built by engineering students who were then racing other european engineering students to a meet in Paris.
The velo was being followed by a 'team' transit and eight students were taking 1 hour shifts on the velo.

It was night so I only got a look at it under yellow sodium but it was quite a tidy buggy!

Thanks Longers, I clear my cookies at the end of every day and I have no problems with any of the other sites I am on. Even when CycleChat locks up I can still surf other sites.

I will have another look at what I can do with the cookies (apart from eating them).

Thanks Doc. I will let you know what I need as I go along. I need to see what I bought today in the morning, it could all be rubbish.

I wasn't knocking milk and cookies - just not in the mood for it  Probably tomorrow. The milk will need using up.

I hadn't had Rice Crispies for years till now - nicked em off the lodger. Lovely .

*blegh* Just had a bowl of Coco pops. That was a mistake. Mrs. tdr1nka bought a variety pack for the journey and I get the ikky ones she(quite rightly)doesn't like.

I should start tripping in about 20mins ;).
