The shame about the rain was that Doc' came to visit tdr1nka Towers and the run from Kings Cross to mine, in dry weather should only take 20-25mins but with added rain took longer. Plus he got to see some of the worst of Sarf London traffic and driving!

I'm sure you guys can get a reasonable half way compromise, maybe not meeting at Owler Bar perhaps?
From my experience, as long as you check your cadence and don't 'load' the knee too much it would be good physio!
