It has been a week of firsts, I have been the only straight man/individual in the pub, the only person at the roller disco with a bicycle and today I will be the only non drinker at an all day Stag 'do'!

Yesterday I had to take my c*r in for a service. Later on I noticed I had been charged for a nut. I just hope there was not a nut loose behind the steering wheel.

Oh you've joined us me. I thought that I would be here on my own. Everyone else is doing exciting things. Meanwhile, I am enjoying the sunshine, and trying to decide whether to watch the Tour or sit in the garden, tricky one that. Might even do both.

And I have a meal to cook, oh slam in the lamb, with new potatoes, etc and oh dear find the pudding in the fridge, what a hectic day.

It was a very expensive nut actually, (£5 approx) gosh how big was it?
On the other hand, some nitwit had scratched the side of my car. I pointed this out when I took the car in, and the lady who washes and valets the car said she would polish it out, which she did very well indeed.

I was hoping to add a video to Youtube showing a stupid driver blowing his horn and cursing me because he was going to fast and to close when I stoped at a roundabout so a car could go bye and he had to swearve to avoid hitting me.

Either my Archos is not working right or I'm doing some thing wrong, but for some reason files are not being recognised by the Archos even when I have just used it to down load a file!

Hmmmmm, roast lamb

I am perhaps not the person to ask about videos etc. I am having trouble at the moment getting my DVD player to work. Fortunately I know a very nice man who will come round and fix it and explain it to me, and only charge a very small amount for doing so.

People who have known me for years know I very rarely swear. But drivers bring the worse out in me. I do some times just nod my head and smile

The date happened. She was lovely and we both had the same wacky sense of humour and personality. We discussed ex's, marriage, children and how to split up. Then I asked her out and she said yes.
