With regard to cats and baths, I saw some pics on the Graham Norton show last week of cats that had been bathed, I never saw so much hate in the eyes of an animal before...

The carpenter/plumber is here today. I will be unhinged most of the day. He has lots of doors to adjust. New doors put in last year have expanded or whatever wood does, and some doors do not close properly. While he is here, I found various other jobs for him to fix.
He appears to need lots of TLC - he wrote off his new m*t*rbike, and is trying to sell his house. Unfortunately, he only drinks c*ff**.

Just tea for me please.
Beef casserole and suetsteamed microwaved pud for tea so I do not want to spoil my apetite.
Does anyone have the mobile phone number for Mary Poppins? I may need her here urgently on Thursday to help me tidy up. Long story short, the walls have been mended where the electrician did not put in the sockets and light switches deep enough into the wall. So now one room needs repainting and various doors need painting and skirting boards, etc etc. It is of-course the rooms with the most in them
, so things, important things, not junk, has been distributed across all the other rooms in the house.

I dare not say this on the Racing Section. Can you guess whose team is now third in the Cycle Chat mini league of the Fantasy Tour de France? .
Note that there is, to my knowledge, only one female in the mini league.
I think I had better celebrate this evening and tomorrow evening, as everything could go downhill from then on.
