And some find the Tea thread offensive!

Prik!

I will however say, for some, the banality of the "tea" thread can also cause offence?

I know, i don't understand why people get so worked up. If it's banal for them, why don't they just bog off?

I think they are jealous because we are a nice little group of people who are generally welcoming and have a giggle together!

Tea for me please.

I keep texting romantic drivel and pushing my luck with inuendo and she's not told me to bog off yet. That must be a good sign. Plus she makes me feel all butterflies inside and I still haven't stopped grinning yet . Rather extreme side effects of only one date, even with another planned for Sunday, me thinks.
Must. Stop. Doing. This!

Sadly there are truely some out there, and not just on this forum, who find the inoffensive really offensive.

This last blip aside I find that people of this attitude are generally looking for somewhere to be contentious and jumped up bullies for the most part.

I raise my tea mug to each and everyone of them.:rolleyes:

This is about the most least offensive part of the whole internet.

Well being as you talking about something of some value and not just inanely shouting "teaaaaaaaaaaaa" every 10 minutes, I'll reply....

If nothing else was on telly except a dumbed down version of Richard and Judy wouldnt you feel annoyed? Thats how it feel.

Anyway, yes I agree this is a good place to be contentious and most of you chaps can retort far better than I can give. Its a bit like poking a crocodile with a big stick

The bully comment, if aimed in my direction, I resent.

Smeggers,
I would never count you as a bully, M8.
Your Tea? comment was, by chance, picked out of a few that were voiced, in fact it was probably the only one not aimed at me personally!

We've never had any animosity between us and I certainly wouldn't wish for any.

More tea? Thank you kind Sir!
