I am in need of tea. Too much driving at the moment. Just got back from a 200+ drive and in the 24hrs prior to that it was 400 miles. It'll be over 100 miles tomorrow and again on Friday. I need a cup of tea, please.

Quick cup of morning tea anyone? I'm off in a minute to drop my Galaxy frame off at BikeRescue to go in one of their powdercoating batches. Interesting experience, carrying it over my shoulder due to the pan pipe effect of the exposed tube ends in the breeze.

I'm just having a bucket before going to the Accountants with my first year accounts for my business. Looks like I will have to pay some tax, at least it means I've made some money!

Does anyone know a good cure for a hangover? I started drinking yesterday at 4pm and did not finish until about 10 ish. Woke up this morning with a bad headache.

How much did I drink? Er Um, more than in the last fortnight put together.


So that's one small bottle of beer (quarter litre at 3.5% proof) and one large glass of Black Tower.
