hello mate *teas up Tdr1nka*

I thought it might be the sproglet on the tandem.Any word on her tonsils?
And let me know what train you're getting back - I'll try and be more obvious with the waving this time.

*'chink' of mugs*

Wotcha!
Ms. tdr1nka's tonsil, for it is only the right hand side in question, seems fine.
As she was still greatly excited about her 'ballet & tap' lesson last night(sh*t, that sounds so revoltingly middle-class.*slaps self*)so should have been back at school today.

As for waving me back into the bustling Metrolop*ss, Mrs. tdr1nka will be conveying the two of us & three velos home to the Smoke in the t-van® so oppertunities to wave are not as readily 'to hand'.

Off out again, more tea on return.

As part of Fair Trade fortnight, our refectory is running a prize draw, you get a free entry every time you buy a Fair Trade drink. I have at least one Fair Trade tea a day when I'm in, so I'm stacking up entries nicely.

Trouble is, the prize is a Fair Trade coffee hamper:sad: I do drink coffee, sometimes, but generally only a latte if I'm out and about. Ah well, my coffee drinking friends will benefit if I win...

God, it's a media frenzy here today. On Monday I have a spot on Radio York's Breakfast show, to talk about my helmet cam, and just now, BBC Look North rang! Guess what I'll be doing Monday lunchtime? Ye gods, not only do I have to sound human, I have to look it as well!

I'm hoping the next call will be Radio 4's Chain Reaction, saying they want David Tennant to interview me.

I need a cuppa to steady my nerves....

Have a large mug. And I do know someone who sometimes drinks the Word That Will Shortly Be Tippexxed *cough cough* so bear that in mind...

Can you set the video and then YouTube it? Or might it be on the Look North site?

Have you seen the BBC adverts for a new program called 'White'?

The Teapot will be appearing

I've seen the ads, perhaps you can answer a question for me. What colour is all the writing on the guy's face? It looks black, which make me think a bit of the old black and white minstrels and stuff, and I wondered if that was a bit near the knuckle. But on a B/W tv, it could be any dark colour...

Hmm. Set the video. Yes, I could. If I had a video... I'll ask them if it's going to be on the website. Maybe they'll be able to give me a disc with it on.

This is of course subject to me not being bumped for a more exciting story about some kittens or something...

I left work at lunchtime and have been drinking gin.:thumbsup:

New job starts on Monday and I've heard rumours of Strict Discipline when it comes to internet access.:thumbsdown:

I suspect that I'll be dropping in once in a while to nick a scone off the night shift, but other than that I'm gone.....

Play nicely and I want full reports of any rudery arising from this thread.

Chuffy, I do hope you'll drop in on the night shift. And please don't mention Strict Discipline when Waffles and Arch both have riding crops.
All the best with the new job.

Hmmm, do Kleenex make a tweed model?
I will indeed endeavour to pop in of an evening Herr Doktor. Dependent on getting La Baggage off with a crowbar (off the computer that is).
Ahem.

More wine!
