It's a sort of Irish potato-based bready thing They're really good toasted and buttered, and a traditional part of an Irish fry up. Kind of like we'd maybe have fried left-over mash or bubble-and-squeak.

Went out on the bike today and had forgotten all about the screw in my front tyre as it had stayed inflated, needless to say it wasn't for long.

BTW, I fear that I'm doomed as I'm now a PSP owner. Great fun.

The novelty will wear off soon enough I'm sure. I have a PSP. Dunno why like, as I have a PS2 I never play on. Now I have a PSP I never play on too. Every now and then I will dust them off. I was shocked to find that the last time I played on my PS2 was, according to the gamesave data, November 2002. How horrific is that!
I will take my PSP with me when I know I'll get bored, like Saturday I did my little sister a favour and took her car to get the windscreen replaced and played Lumines (bit like Tetris)and Suduko for nearly 90 mins. It was handy last time we went camping too as we took it to the pub with us played Mind Quiz (took it in turns at seeing who got the youngest age. Naturally I always won ).
I fear my gaming days are over. I haven't got the patience anymore. I used to religiously sit waiting for my Commodore 16 to load a game for 45 mins and then crash at the last second. You had to save your progress on a blank tape and write down the counter number to get back to it. Ah, those were the days......

Yes please I'll have a cuppa. Got the last episode of Life on Mars to watch later. No doubt I'll dribble most of it down my chin whilst gawping at Philip Glenister's "Gene Hunt" character. He's my hero, I'd you'd never get away with any of the stuff he does!

Yes, and I maded a declinometer out of those squares and some plastic cups that were on the draining board and the inside of a kitchen roll, and TheDoctor did not even notice. I am upset about that.

ARGH! 80s gaming nostalgia alert!
I had a Spectrum (far better than that Commie rubbish....) and my tape decks volume control was covered with mystic blobs of Tippex, each one denoting the volume required for a specific games. I didn't quite get as far as sacrificing a black cockerel when trying to load a hooky copy of the latest Ultimate offering, but it was damn close...
