I made the mistake late last night of having a cheese sandwich - nightmares

I have an informal interview later at Oxfam to see if I can do some admin work for them. I think the new Manager there is Russian, his name is Zurin. So I need some restorative tea to restore my Brain cell to equilibrium. (yes, I know one item cannot be equilibriumised)

I could try that. Do you remember the song by Barbara Dixon of that name, or am I showing my age (again)
I googled the origin of the name Zurin, and it suggested Ukraine or Russia for the origin, but as Ukraine was part of Russia until um recently? that does not help.
