Can women ever give up chocolate ever?

I've done it before, for Lent, but not for a few years. Chocolate is a bit of a luxury these days, so it's not so hard to give up. Especially not when you can still eat donuts...

<tea for alecs>

The thing about coincidences, is you only notice them when they happen. If that makes sense. I mean you don't go to bed most nights thinking "Well! no coincidences today!"

ta for the tea. i'm still enjoying the tunes though (as i type actually). i've known people getting tied in knots over old flames who make new acquaintance on facebook and the like, leaving stable relationships to "give it another go". even though we were only 15 at the time, it's a situation i'm wary of letting myself into. a friend of mine has had an old flame sending dirty messages and the like to her, to the point that she's keeping it from her husband.

any bromide in this tea? ;)

'er indoors has tried to give up.. she used to munch through 3 or 4 bars a day.
She's now just down to a friday and saturday treat and sepcial occasions.

Me, much prefer pork scratchings or pork pie any day (and a nice cuppa tea of course).

Fraught with perils and hardships! I must confess to feeling somewhat amiss this morning, summat in the water I reckon...

The Landlord's water by any chance?

I drank from a different supply and suffered no ill effects other than cycling home far too fast in the wrong gear.(I was pretending I was riding a fixed;)):sad:
