The ISS was clearly visible again. I'm astounded I've not bothered to look for it before now.
Wasn't quite as bright as last night, as the sky was slightly hazy.

Thank you for that detail of the times. I have a large piece of paper on my desk with a very short list of essential things to do. I have added the ISS times to that list.

Would you like to know what else is on the list? No, that would be far too boring.

How long ago was it that we could see the "orangey" planet? I seem to recall quite a few clear evenings when I could watch that.

Orangey planet? Is that a technical term?

Mars is kind of reddish, Saturn is a bit yellowy, Jupiter and Venus both look white to me. Mercury is very hard to see and Uranus is reputed to be just-about visible to the naked eye under perfect conditions. The Grauniad has a bit towards the beginning of each month telling you what's visible, in terms of planets and stuff. It's on the Weather page IIRC.
