Aperitif, on another thread you mention you don't eat meat. Did you know that cereals can be mistwheated.

Oh and that Roubaix SL2, make sure you get the correct size for your Mum. That would probably be too small for you, but I am sure I could find room for it in my very secure garage for you. I would I think your Mum would like it to be in the colours of Mr Valverde's bicycle, red and yellow. Those colours seem to go really fffaaassstt, especially up Vent ou any other mountain.

That's a bit OT

My Mum is rubbish at getting things to fit her - she's bound to buy something too big
'Don't worry Mum - you can always go again next week and buy a single-speed thing...it might suit you better' *Rehearsed speech*

Lovely bike, excellent colour scheme. What do you transport in the trailer*, and did you make the trailer yourself?

Is that too many questions?
There is a thread about trailers somewhere, started by Uncle Phil recently I think. I will see if I can find it.

* Looks a tad on the large side for ice cream, but then again....;)

Hello, Angel  I was just thinking yesterday, that you had not posted in here recently. Pleased to see you again.

Ah ha, thought I, he might be on the Sponsored cycle ride, but on the site you give a link to, it does not seem to give a date. Of course, I might need new glasses. What other interesting things are you up to?

As I live at the top of a (small) hill, I can choose what sort of weather I would like. Out the front windows, is blue sky and fluffy white clouds, and out the back window is overcast with light grey clouds. I am hoping for some rain for the garden, but not too heavy so as to spoil the flowers.

Hi Speicher. Good to be back. I was away for the weekend on a cycle camp and cycle training ride (Aberdare to Builth Wells return following Route 8).

My charity ride is on the 28th till the 4th July.

Other than that most of my time has been taken up with bike main (other peoples) and Supporting bike rides for Mentro Allan. I did get a night out at an evening for Volunteers though and hopefully tonight I shall be going to the opening of Cwmaman Environmental and Sculpture festival. (My life is sooooo Rock and Roll

I got invited to the local Abbey's Bell ringers Annual Dinner. I thought they would be terribly polite and a teensy bit, shall we say, well-behaved.
The evening turned out to be extremely good company, and an absolute hoot.

I was also at a party once, with not many seats available when it was time to sit down and eat my buffet lunch. Was invited to take an empty eat, and then realised I had joined a party of Local Mayors (from the next county). They were extremely funny, very witty, and very sociable.

We have a very exciting time out here in Worcestershire.
