Great idea, but I just know I'd play with it until the eggs broke.

On a slightly similar vein, Lakeland have a Cup Cake stand. Pure whimsy, but sure to induce a craving for cupcakes!

That's good. But my idea would be even more compact and lightweight and the plates would be integral.

Then all I'll need is a kettle for my Trangia, and it's tea ahoy! across Europe.

Oh, and I finally have a shiny red Galaxy frame in the flat. God knows where I'll find the room to build it up. I'll have to clear the junk off the sofa and stand it on that. Still, I have a few more bits to accumulate, so there's no rush. And I need to bring the FCR up for a fettling session, my brakes were rubbing yesterday, and there's a slightly worrying creak coming from under the saddle.

Better head off home now, I'm getting hypothermia from the air-con....

Sorry but I'm having a bit of trouble with the concept of cake making it as far as a cake-stand. In our house cake is lucky to make it as far as a plate, let alone onto a stand.

Just stopping by for a quick cuppa. I'm plotting tomorrow’s expedition since I have the day off. Thought I'd treat myself to a long weekend as the weather forecast looks promising. I'm hoping to do a 100 miler incorporating a ride around the circumference of Anglesey, so if it rains I'm going to be well annoyed!

Right, I raise my cup of horlicks to you - I've made my butties and filled my water bottles up for tomorrow so there's no backing out now!
I'm off to watch New Tricks on iplayer before I turn in for the night. Must say I'm getting quite disturbed as I kind of started to fancy Dennis Waterman over the last few episodes. Eeeeeew!!!!!!!!!!!!!
