HELLO ............ just got back from :bicycle: it was :rain: but I enjoyed it anyway from within my clothing cocoon ............. got a p***ture 1 mile from home :cursing: so I walked the rest of the way as it would have taken me longer to fart around in the rain and the dark than it did to walk.

NOTICE TO ALL ELECTRICIANS - Pickup your cable clips you :cursing:

Good day's work today.
I was going to collect some left over plasterboards from a friend but it was raining on and off. In the end I bought some bonding plaster and some timber instead.

I have two stubs of brick supporting wall projecting into the topfloor bedroom that needed the ends finishing off. Not liking square edges with steel plaster beads on them I opted to make the ends semicircular to soften the edges. I cut a bit of halfpipe from some 8" diameter pvc pipe and put a handle on it to make it a curved float. I then bonded the ends of the walls and shaped them. They are still a little rough but once the bonding has dried I can then get them closer to the form I want ready for plastering.

Cheers Arch. I will have to tidy up tomorrow, too tired tonight.

I will turn in early tonight as I didn't sleep last night.:tired: Every time I started to doze I was dreamt I was standing on the bonnets of a line of Land Rovers fighting with a chap who wore a suit and had gold coloured skin. I kept waking myself up to avoid the dream.
