Last week, my wrists hurted by the end of the week, so I bought some tubular bandage to support them. This week, it seems to have helped, only yesterday my weak ankle was hurting. So today, I put the leftover support bandage on my ankle, and today it hasn't hurt at all.

So instead, I left my fingers in the way when I shut the vehicle's door.

:B)

I think I better go to bed, and try again tomorrow.

It appears the work situation is even more complicated than I thought, 'staff' positions are being hit first, 17 redundancies, then us shop floor workers are being put on a rotating shift of 'days' and 'nights' which means a reduction in pay as we get no shift pay for 'day' shift.
ie- one week 8am til 4.30pm the following week 10pm til 6am then back again.

Once this has been sorted the 'management' are then looking to cut the numbers on the shop floor, agency, temporary workers first, then full timers

Holy crap, that sounds awful. Shift your sleep pattern around every week? Sod that!!
Mind you, it's not a great time to be looking for other jobs...

It's probably better than the 3 shift pattern I currently do Doc, never ever get used to it even after 16 years :tired:

Just had a lovely ride home in the :sun: again, even added a little detour of 3 miles as I was enjoying it that much.
No work now until Monday night, plan is a little 'run' tomorrow, gentle cycle ride Sunday on the trail, then maybe another run on Monday. Have decided jogging is the way I'm going to finally get a bit fitter, need to commit to doing at least 5 miles per week.
Have even looked into doing the 5k 'park runs' on a Saturday morning, not ready for that yet but you never know :training:

Time for :cuppa:

Seeing as you lot are still in b&w down there, I doubt an hour will make much difference wol
For the rest of us 21st century people it is this weekend we put our digital clocks forward :highfive:

The easiest thing is to ignore the clocks until the morning. Then see what time it is on the TV and adjust the clocks accordingly.
I am in York this weekend so I have it all to sort out when I get back.

It has been tee shirt weather all day but it is a bit chilly now.:cold:

Potsy, what is it you actually work with?
I saw Chain Technician in your profile. Is that bike type chain, anchor chain or necklace chain?

Belated happy birthday to ND, :hugs: for Potsy and Speicher's mum. :cuppa: for the rest of you.
Yay, does this mean we can call off the search party, or has the dog learnt to type?

If she could, she'd be saying FEEDMEFEEDMEFEEDMEFEEDMEFEEDMEFEEDMEFEEDMEFEEDMEFEEDMEFEEDMEFEEDMEFEEDME as it's 2 minutes past her usual feeding time and I'm not making any moves towards the kitchen.
